Garrett Residence

2021 Remodel
In association with Marvin Anderson Architects, a private residence was updated with modern spaces, which reconnected the gardens and balanced the front of the residence. A high level of detail and care was used to imitate the original style and design.

1971 Addition
A large sunroom replaced the terrace on the north end of the house. This room was comfortable and inviting. However, its construction and interior design fell short of blending with the elegance found in the rest of the house.

1936 Built
An American interpretation of an Italian villa designed by a prestigious architect who placed great importance on the connection between interior and exterior. In the formal rooms, he relied heavily on symmetry and interrupted centerlines to achieve the connection of the public spaces with the outside gardens.
